view is amazing. they have free bikes and are close to the beach. the breakfast was nice and they had gas fire pits and free smores at night

There are so many amazing things I loved about this property. It looked exactly like the pictures and the staff was amazing! It was a beautiful walk right over to boys beach and I enjoyed every bit of my stay! Andrew really gave my husband and I an exceptional experience for our honeymoon! This will now be the only place we stay at when we visit.

"Nice views and good location close to the beach, but small rooms."

The location is out of the main part of town a bit, so it is quieter, and also closer to the beach and park. We used the bikes they offered several times, which was a nice amenity. They had a nice breakfast in the morning. We also enjoyed our balcony with nice views.

The rooms are small, the bathroom is tiny, so there is hardly enough places to even put your toiletries. There is no closet or safe. Our stay was one leg of a longer trip, so we had big suitcases, and it was difficult to manage them in such a small space.

"Great staff, expensive& small rooms. And a bit run down. Not recommended for older travelers."

Staff could not have been nicer! For the price paid the room was run down and difficult to for us older folks to find comfortable. Bed was right on the floor, very low couch, and no desk. Questional locks on our door. I was able to gently push the door open even when locked. While we never felt unsafe or threatened - we always hate to sleep in a basically unlocked room....Conclusion: great hotel for the younger traveler. Not so much for us older types

"Want my refund for a poorly portrayed facility and it looked nothing like in the pictures"

Nothing want a refund as we didn’t stay there… way too far from town and the facilities were shabby

Everything want a refund as I did not stay there and had to select another hotel in Ptown called Surfside

Your staff is so kind and helpful. Your hotel is stylish and fun. Wonderful for young people.

More fresh fruit please. Necessary to explain sleeping arrangements. Difficult for seniors. More hooks would be helpful in the bathroom.
