Manhattan Luxury Suites

The apartment was so clean and spacious, had cutlery which is great for staying there a few nights. The hot tub was amazing! Great for a couples night away. My 4th time staying & wasn’t disappointed. Bed was super cosy too.

Safe easy access quite

The location was good and there was also a hot tub which was a nice feature.

“My stay was terrible. As soon as I entered the apartment, I informed the owner that there were no pots or pans or cutlery. He took a while to respond, said he would bring them, but five days passed and he didn't. When I contacted him again, I saw that the apartment was very old and damaged: the bathroom door handle was broken, the bathtub was damaged, there was a horrible smell, the window blinds wouldn't open and were also broken. It was an uninhabitable apartment. He withheld £100 from my deposit and, in the end, refused to return it, claiming that I had smoked in the room, when in fact my boyfriend and I don't smoke. He also said that we made excessive noise, but we only went there to rest. When I complained, he insisted on these accusations, but we contacted Booking.com, who resolved the situation.
