I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience with this property. From the moment I checked in, it was clear the place was nothing like the photos. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout, and despite being advertised as soundproof, I could clearly hear loud people and constant noise. It didn’t feel secure or peaceful at all. Basic standards were also not met. One of the bedroom lights didn’t work, the bed sheets were stained, and the “tea and coffee provided” amounted to just two loose tea bags left on the side. It felt careless and misleading. Most importantly, I did not feel safe there. I raised these concerns immediately and explained how vulnerable and uncomfortable I felt. Despite this, I was not offered a refund. Instead, I was told I could move to a “better” room with a jacuzzi the next morning—but I didn’t feel safe enough to stay even five minutes longer, let alone overnight. This situation also impacted me significantly as I had work the next day and was left stressed, unsettled, and without proper rest. Overall, this was a very poor and distressing experience. I would not recommend staying here. Wasted my money.
