Hotel Montecristo Cusco

The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful and the location is quite with almost no traffic.

All the rest. The building urgently needs renovation. In general the rooms are not cozy and taken care of, in the worst case you have mold or the carpet is rotten. I stayed twice in the hotel with friends who took a different room. You never know what kind of room you get. The room for breakfast is dark and unwelcoming.

Bad cleaning and bad room ventilation

The internet it's not working,the hot water for washing ran out while you were washing. I book the double bed, and it was too small to sleep two people, and we are both thin.! Bad hotel

I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

Great location and very good value for money. Nice rooms with a TV and a little balcony which was lovely. Staff was pleasant although often absent.

My room was next to reception and as it’s an old building I could hear everything which disturbed my sleep. There was also never anyone at reception you had to shout for them. Check out at 9am is very early too.

Nice and comfortable rooms, comfortable bed, hot water, toiletries, fresh and clean towels quiet and relaxing. Incredible delicious breakfast: fresh fruit, fresh organic coffee, and the best local bread ever. Joseph and Joel are the best hosts and the rest of the crew is very friendly and kind.
