4th floor with no elevator. Absolutely no indications on ground level caused confusion.

"Excellent location, nice room, excellent bed, nice basic facilities."

Excellent central location in the old town, easy to get around everywhere and use as a base.

The place is at the top of about 5 flights of large stairs. Its fine for people under 60, wouldn't recommend for older people who are not fit.

Rooms were a little small but clean and comfortable.

Upon checked in, air conditioning was not working, the wall socket points were not working.

"Awesome location and stay in this 4 story walk up on the Promenade"

The location was so convenient and not noisy if the window is closed. View out the little window is amazing. The breakfast restaurant that you get a voucher for is wonderful with delicious a la carte menu and friendly staff - Konoba Marul.

It is a 4 story walk up so may be difficult for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Make sure you turn on the lights! The shower design causes water to run into the bathroom so beware.
