La ubicación esta perfecta. La habitación muy bonita y las camas cómodas. La "Washitsu" esta muy acogedora y le da un toque especial. Los recepcionistas muy amables!

No hay ascensor y el pasillo para subir a la tercera planta, esta muy estrecho y los escalones mas altos de los de occidentes...con maletas, ha sido muy difícil subir!!! La limpieza ha sido 2 veces durante la estancia: camas hechas, toallas cambiadas...pero una pena que no paso ni aspiradora o escoba ya que el suelo empezaba a tener polvo.

Nous avons aimé la situation géographique de l’hôtel dans le quartier de Gion, à proximité de supermarchés et des rues animées. Cet emplacement nous a également permis de croiser plusieurs fois des geishas. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle et propre. Nous sommes arrivés avant l’heure de Check-in et nous avons apprécié d’avoir directement la chambre. Le personnel était sympathique et parlait très bien anglais.

Pas d’ascenseur et les escaliers pour accéder à la chambre sont étroits. Hôtel situé au bord d’une avenue donc bruit de la circulation assez présent.

Stanza molto piccola. Servizio di lavanderia con qualche difficoltà (abbiamo dovuto fare diverse lavasciughe prima di poter ottenere dei vestiti completamente asciutti)
