Soho Downtown Apartment

The location was great so was the flat. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms

There was no living room

Location was good. Bed sizes were good.

Pillows were too big and uncomfortable. Duvet was small and not enough to cover two people There was a blockage of the drain in the shower room which flooded the corridor outside. Communication to solve the problem was only available via e mail. We received one response that they will fix the drain the next day. This has not happened for the rest of our stay.

Nice fresh renovated separated rooms with separated bathrooms. Price was acceptable, not too expensive.

Property was dirty, we found hair and dust and dirt everywhere. Mopping set was middle of kitchen. Wardrobe was full of extra bedding. We used our suitcase for our clothes. No shelf or wardrobe for our clothes.

Appartamento davvero bello e ben attrezzato di tutto. Soprattutto in un ottima posizione. Il personale è subito disponibile per qualsiasi problema.

The central position was good. The metro station was reachable in few minutes by walk.

- Before my arrival, the management insistently sent me self check in links multiple times even if we have already provided them all the information needed in chat. This happened after their confirmation the information we provided them was enough. - The building is old, dirty, ruined and not maintained. - The apartment was DIRTY. There were dust and hair in every corner, smell of dust everywhere, the kitchen equipment was sticky. Moreover, we inherited the trash from the previous occupants. - Only one of the two rooms were made: the bed was without sheets and pillow. Upon asking, they said we should have specified before and to try checking inside the wardrobe - Dirty carpets - Only two toilet paper rolls for the entire week - People used to pee on the building door.
