Separate en-suites, very well presented, location , great value

Excellent location, near everything and lots of public transport. Apart from the noise from the street which is understandable in such a big city, there are no pubs or restaurants next to the apartment that could be really noisy. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Check in is made of multiple steps and codes. If you check in when you're tired it may result quite tricky. We chose this apartment because it has two rooms but the management 'assumed' the two of us would sleep in the same bed and did not make the bed in the second room. When I reported it, I was told I should have 'asked' them to prepare the other room. So after a 35 hour no sleep, we had to make the bed ourselves and the only bedding we found in the rooms was for a single bed although the bed was double. Definitely not pleasant! There is soap but they could have just not provided it as all the bottles were almost empty. There's a coffee machine but they provide only 2 complimentary coffee pods. There were no other towels in case we needed some clean ones. We stayed 4 nights so it was fine but it's worth checking if you stay longer. On the last day, I noticed some new objects in the apartment and it gave me the impression that someone entered whilst we were out. All in all it's a good apartment that is managed by someone with very little attention to details that would not cost them a lot but would make customers happy, not to mention recommend to others and return.

The location was excellent very close to all the major attractions by foot if you like walking or on public transport.

I would have liked a lounge area with a comfy couch. One bedroom didn’t have linens and the bed wasn’t made for our stay. We had to request linens.

The owner went into the apartment when we were away because the heating was on and the window was open Creepy and unprofessional, instead of an apology for how it made us feel (or not going into the apartment while we're renting it) the property blamed us We are pretty sure it happened more than once as well!! Also, the temp in the apartment is set to 22° C and feels closer to 14-16 and the owner refused to increase the temp and we're pretty sure he turned off the heating after we complained about him going through the apt.. it was to a point we could see our own breath and had to turn on the stove to warm up a bit, absolutely crazy!!! edit after the property response: no one tried to contact us even though they had our number and talked previously. we left the window open so the heating would work because the apartment was always cold. after that we didn't open any window for 2 days and the apartment was still called to a degree i had to talk to the property again about the temps

Perfect location! Really clean and bigger than I expected. Has everything you could need like a hair dryer, iron, kettle etc. Would recommend.

The apartment was very spacious, ideal for a group of 3 people or 2 couples, as it has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Everything was in there: tea kettle, coffee machine, washing machine etc. The location was also great.

It was EXTREMELY cold in the apartment. The central heating was not working though it was -2 in the street. The AC was also out of service and we couldn’t heat the room at all. My husband caught cold because of it.

Great location, extremely clean and spacious flat. Highly recommend!
