The place itself is in the middle of old town so no parking for rented cars and narrow streets.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything. We could step out of our apartment and instantly be surrounded by the city's energy, shops, restaurants, and attractions. It made exploring incredibly easy and enjoyable. Also, the staff went out of their way to help us carry our suitcases up to the second floor, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.

The place itself was great, and Silvia was very kind and helpful. However, there was another person, a man (presumably the owner) who was quite rude. Our only air conditioning unit was leaking the moment we put it on. It was so badly that we had to empty a full bucket of water sometimes twice a day. When we brought this up with him, we were essentially ignored. He told us there was nothing they could do about it and dismissed our concerns saying that he didn't mind it getting all on the floor and walls, even when we pointed out that the water was leaking onto the floor and stairs, making them slippery and potentially dangerous. There was no apology or attempt to help. We ended up having to come up with our own solution to prevent slipping and water damage, which involved using a trash bin lined with plastic, taping it to the wall to catch the constant drips and water from runner over the walls on to the stairs and floor . It was disappointing to have to deal with that kind of attitude and issue in an otherwise great place.

An excellent location, a beautiful apartment, and the outstanding meals we enjoyed at the restaurant below truly enhanced our experience. I would also like to express my gratitude to the exceptionally kind and helpful staff. In particular, I sincerely thank Silvia for her dedicated support in making our entire stay remarkably comfortable…

The church was located very close by, and the sound of its bells ringing at midnight created an eerie and somewhat unsettling atmosphere.
