There was nothing I did not like. There are alot of stairs...maybe mention that in the description.

Bardzo miła i przesympatyczna obsługa. Szczególne słowa uznania kieruje do Pani Sylwii. Serdecznie dziękujemy za wszelką pomoc a w szczególności za załatwienie taxi o bardzo wczesnej porze. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z obiektu i z pewnością tam jeszcze kiedyś przyjedziemy. Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Obiekt wart swojej ceny !!!!

There was a strong smell of cleaning fluids but once we opened the windows it was better

The apartment was the perfect location - minutes walk to lovely restaurants, the marina and local transport. The room had everything we needed, two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms and a pull out couch. It also had a small kitchen but with all the amazing restaurants close by you likely won't need it! The hosts were so welcoming and helpful, even providing us with umbrellas when it rained for the first couple of days! They also own the restaurant downstairs called Leonildo. We tried it on the last night and were so glad we did. The owner is also the head chef and it was nothing short of delicious. Definitely worth trying while staying! The complimentary breakfast is also great - delicious cappuccino and pastries. We had a coeliac in our group who was unable to eat the croissants, however they always brought out gluten free muffins for them and were very accommodating. Same with the dinner, many GF options for dinner and dessert.

Only minor thing was that the upstairs shower leaked a small amount when the water pressure was too high. We just put a towel on the ground and wasn't a big deal but something to mention.

Posizione eccellente e comoda da raggiungere con mezzi pubblici o a piedi. Zona tranquilla e con tanti ristoranti e locali. Staff gentile, disponibile e accoglienza ottima.

The apartment was on the second floor and in perfect condition, beautifully renovated, and had every comfort I needed. On the entrance level, there was a living room with a kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine, and large TV. Upstairs, connected by a sturdy wooden spiral staircase, were the bedroom and bathroom. The mattresses were new, the shower flawless, and there was a small table where I could work. Mrs Silvia was extremely kind, always quick to respond to my messages and very welcoming. The accommodation is located in the centre of Cagliari, close to the main tourist streets full of restaurants. It is conveniently near the station and the port, just a short walk from the conference centres. In the café below the accommodation, you can enjoy an excellent breakfast. Without a doubt, when I return to Cagliari, I will look for a place here again. Be ready to climb some stairs from the street to the top floor.

Good port location as we arrived by boat... airport close too as we left on a flight. Great apartment and lovely staff at breakfast
