The room is clean like it was in the picture..I got what I’m expecting in the room.

The aircon is a bit loud.but I can say that the place seems safe.

The room I had was spacious and comfy. Towels, blankets, waters, and a small breakfast was provided. There is adequate security provided by the owner. Check-in was smooth and I was permitted to check-out early with ease. The Pelham stop is a quick walk away. Additionally there's a deli on the corner which has convenience store foods and fresh warm food available. The price was more than reasonable and I would stay again!

The walls are a bit thin, but this did not bother me and is not something the owner has control over.

I didn’t like that the backyard but everything else was great .
