"The property was dirty, unsafe, completely misrepresented, and the host’s intimidating demand for a $100 cash deposit ma"

• The host called my personal phone demanding a $100 cash security deposit and refused to process it through the Booking.com system. • The host’s behavior felt intimidating, unprofessional, and made you feel unsafe. • Upon arrival, the property looked extremely sketchy and poorly maintained. • The place was dirty, rundown, and did not match the photos or description on the listing. • The overall environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable for a guest to stay in. • I felt threatened and not protected as a guest, which immediately made me want to leave. • The property had already charged the full amount despite the unsafe and misrepresented conditions. Will never use booking again as they don’t protect you

we even didn't get to our room. After waiting outside the property for aprrox.20 min, a young male came out saying he is a tourist/friend (?/!) and just helping out an owner of the property. He was demanding a deposit of 100 dollars to be paid in cash or via Pay pal if we wish to get in a room ( a complete payment was done prior arriving for the days we booked to stay). We were asking for the host to come to talk to us, but he was refusing , even being at the property. Sent a message to the host through booking app and he was saying the same thing - pay or leave. A total scam. One more guest arrived and was in the same position as us. All of us left. DON'T STAY THERE!

"Someone is running a scam to deceive people looking for low price hotel."

There is nothing to like about this property.

It’s like a big scam machine. You are invited to a ghost house. If you paid your money in advance you are there to regret it. There is nothing front desk to receive you. Nobody is there.

"Really bad experience. Not as clean as other reviwers mentioned and overrated."

When I just arrived the property ~6pm, the owner told me that I didn't pay. I was so shocked because I booked it with my credit card and received the confirmation (no any problem). He urged me to contact Booking.com to find the reason or pay him by cash. I spent lots of time to call Booking.com and was told the owner declined the credit card. The owner said his credit card reader didn't work and he couldn't accept credit cards, demanding for cash. I didn't bring cash, so I had to leave the property and booked another hotel in a rush. The owner reminded me to call my bank to make sure my card was not charged when I was leaving. However, the next day I received the email notice from the Booking.com I was charged without staying, non-refundable. It's ridiculous! I felt very stressful to deal with the owner for the paymen and Booking.com during the check-in time, and I had to move out right away and found another hotel to stay.

It wasn’t breakfast more like snacks served but it was exceptional for one night, for me. I checked out at 8am

I had to pay $100 deposit fee through Zelle, & a $15 early check in fee. But when I arrived it wasn’t ready in time and I had to wait an hr outside before entering the person who asked for the security deposit through Zelle didn’t receive the payment when he wanted and then asked me to cancel it and resend it again before entering which I thought was a lil unprofessional especially since it was confirmed it was send with a screenshot. Zelle usually doesn’t go into account right away or the day of so it may go in when it opens back up on 11/3. I was told that was just for a security deposit and that I would get it back so I hope they word is bond. Overall I only stayed for one night I just needed somewhere decent to shower and get dressed. Probably won’t return but it was in a decent area & neighborhood
