Very clean ,good value for money

Not enough towels and no one topped up the tea and coffee bits

Staff had upgraded me to a double room as the door for my single room could not open with a key card. This alone gives a 10/10. Reception were helpful and lovely and room was clean and comfortable. I was able to check out later than normal check in time.

Reception entered my room without knocking which I was not pleased about! This happened during my stay and just before I checked out. Reception apologised however. I could not control the temperature of my room and it got to warm for my liking. Room faced main street so hesitant to open curtains or windows. Bathroom was a tight squeeze.

Clean comfortable with communal kutchen rooms fridge sink and microwave washing machine in communal kitchen

Csn be a bit noisy with location sone of the staff barely speak or understand english which has caused problems

Misleading property, pictures are wrong, it is very tiny one cannot move in room and in the shower area. there is not even wash basin despite having the big gargen, they made it too small. there is another door opening in the room so no privacy if you are out for a meal. You feel cheated when you reach there completely. They also denied my checin request. Only good thing that they left the heater there so guest doesnot shiver in cold there.
