Room was nice

Very bad parking need a DISABLE BAY out front as there was no parking for my car so i had to park in road then get across main road to guest house not very clever at all

Very private, clean and good value for the money!

Saturday night a little boisterous in the bar. Only one towel. Only one power socket. Stingy with the complimentary coffee and tea. The car park is very poorly lit and left me with serious car park security issues.

The room was very clean & the bed so comfortable with good quality cotton sheets crisp & white. I slept so well. It was quiet & I felt safe here as a solo female visiting. The bathroom facilities were spotless. Nice to have a TV, Microwave & Fridge which really helps one settle in after a long days work. I liked so much I booked a further stay & may do after that also.

Only thing I would say is parking is on a slope but most people are ok with that. I had different car so kept rolling backwards.

Inexpensive, basic and perfectly adequate. Superb to have a fridge, sink and microwave. Allowed me to get a microwave meal and saved money- anyone on a tight budget or need a room for a while would find this very helpful. Parking was safe and secure. Shower was vey warm and powerful.

Window would not close properly so was drafty. Only a single pillow which was inadequate.

The location is really good, though the property is located by the main road, so it makes very difficult to get out with the car, plus parking is quite limited, as all contractors park their massive vans there sometimes for the all day and night, they advertise a lot of parking spaces but it’s not realistic. Other good thing is that they have a shared kitchen in the property that has a washing machine which is useful, but make sure you have somewhere to hang your clothes out, I had to go and buy a clothes air dryer.

Once I got into my room, the room was all dirty, clearly it wasn’t clean before I checked in,and if you want to have your room clean you have to go to the reception which is in the hotel across the road and request it, and they don’t even clean the room properly, floor continuously dirty, had to get one of the cleaners brush and sweep the floor myself in one occasion. Facilities were alright, though they advertised that they have for example, hairdryer, iron, but there was nothing in the room, not even hangers in the wardrobe, bed very uncomfortable, super hard, endured staying there for 3 weeks, whilst they fixed a leaking in my house, because I didn’t want to keep changing places, but would not choose this place to stay anymore, not even for 2 days to be fair. Also the noise during some nights from drunk contractors was shocking, no respect at all with other people in the premises, and there’s no one actually checking the place out to make sure everything is in order, being just by myself in there it felt a bit uncomfortable and unsafe at those times. Definitely not a place to stay if you have any children. Really most of the reviews about this property are deceiving.
