El trato del personal muy amable, las instalaciones del hotel muy cálidas y amenas, la habitación moderna, amplia, confortable, y la ubicación excelente cerca de restaurantes, y bares

El sistema de luces de la habitación mediante el uso del asistente virtual Siri no funcionaba muy bien. Desayunamos un día unos club sandwich del restaurant y no nos agradaron y las instrucciones que tenia pegadas la caja de seguridad de la habitación no correspondían a su real manejo pero realmente no afectaron en que nuestra estancia fuera placentera

"Nice, Secure Hotel in Downtown"

I love the location. Very central to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. Also the hotel was very modern with nice A/C especially during the heat wave. The place is spotless and the staff was overall friendly.

The room was a bit bare in the sense that there was no mini fridge to keep drinks especially at that time we went it was very hot. Also, when my local family came by they were not as friendly to them.

Tamaño y armonía de la habitación. Ubicación, servicio.

Para mí fue complejo el manejo de la TV, el sistema Roku es difícil de manejar.

My daughter had her wedding in the city of Guadalajara. This was a perfect location. It was centered in the middle of everything. We reserved many rooms over 30 plus rooms and everyone like to pricing and locations. I will defiantly recommend to everyone.
