Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα, σε κεντρική τοποθεσία και με εκπληκτική θέα! Μοντέρνος και design χώρος, με πολλές ανέσεις. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και απαντούσαν άμεσα σε ότι χρειαζόμουν. Το κατάλυμα είναι κοντά στην Μαβίλη που είναι πλατεία με διάφορα καφέ και επιλογές φαγητού. Ιδανικό για solo traveling!

Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει καφετιέρα στο χώρο.

Gute Lage

Leider überhaupt nicht sauber. Der Boden war dreckig und die Laken und Handtücher wirkten nicht frisch gewaschen. Im Bad stank es nach Abfluss. Küche nicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Das ganze Mobiliar ist leider nicht sehr hochwertig und schon sehr abgenutzt.

Well equipped, the huge balcony overlooking the sunset. Close to train station and underground (around 5 mins walk). Shop is only 1 min walk away.

Tiny bathroom and when you take shower the entire bathroom floor is under water which is quite uncomfortable. You can’t close the bathroom door outside. Also, I would stay here only as solo traveler and not with a friend or partner due to its tiny size.

No for: - bed - is very uncomfortable. If they will fix it, for sure il will book again. Yes for: - location - price - cleaning

Clean and comfortable

We encountered a serious issue during our stay as the property was burgled on our first day while we were out in the evening between 5 and 8 PM. Since we had just arrived, we hadn’t touched the windows, yet someone entered through one and stole our belongings. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and it appears the previous tenants had left the window open. After discovering the burglary, we immediately reported it to both the owner and the police. The owner inspected the property and acknowledged what had happened, yet instead of offering us compensation, he demanded compensation from us.

The location is great, and the apartment is immaculately clean- it's also got everything you need, is spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very responsive, and the air conditioning works great too, which is really important. I didn't get a chance to use the terrace but it was very spacious and well equipped with loungers and a table. Black out blinds are throughout the apartment which helps you get a good sleep.

This apartment really doesn't have anything to not like!
