Nice spacious apartament, big terrace where you can watch airplanes, Nice view overall onto the city streets and easy to get to the main center and red sunsets. Bed is confortable, shower has good pressure, AC cools the apartament fine. Close to grocery and pastry shops

Internet is sometimes poor

The terrace is absolutely wonderful! Everyday, it was a pleasure to go back to the apartment to spend some time there. The apartment is very big and well equipped. I loved the recommendations of caffes around from the owners (went to 2 of them), really nice they offered this info!

The elevator can be quite noisy (during working days), but it was ok for us all in all, because we were not there during the day. Not necessarily about the property, but make sure to have an anti-mosquito spray or something with you, as these annoying insects can come through when opening/closing the terrace door and net and then they'll be quite hard to stand.

Perfect location - close to the center and main city highlights, but on a quite street. Very nice interior, spacious bathroom. Huge terrace with a sunset view.

After the first night in the morning we encountered an unpleasant surprise - an awful loud noise from an industrial (freight?) elevator, as if its technical mechanism was connected directly to the apartment wall. The noise started in the morning and lasted for several hours, untill we leave. It was really loud, disturbing and very dissapointing. It was during the working day only, so we suppose it doesn't happen on weekends. Small but noticeable cleaning issues (hair on the floor, dust), poor qaulity of bed linen (which is very strange for a new beatiful apartment). It was very hard to find a parking space, just be ready for that, it's a common problem for Thessaloniki (there are private parkings around, but we couldn't use them as they were closed due to a state holiday).

The apartment is beautifully modern and comes with almost all the amenities you could ask for. It's conveniently situated in a central location and offers a stunning view.

However, we did encounter a few cleanliness issues with dirty floors and surfaces. The bed, although initially unclean, was swiftly replaced by the owner as soon as we notified them.

Thessaloniki is a great city to discover, really a GREEK city, vibrant - and having the base to discover the city in this appartment is fantastic: modern and calm, and well located to discover nearby restaurants, bars and many other things. If there's anything with the apartment, communication with the owners and the housekeeper are perfect.
