Staff were great and really friendly

The room I was sold was unbearable to sleep in as a night club across the road came on at 10pm untill 3am and the whole room rattled like you were in a night club so it was impossible to sleep!!when I showed concern I was offered a much smaller room with no balcony or kitchen and no refund at all!!WHAT EVER YOU DO,DONT BOOK THE BALCONY ROOM WITH SEA VIEW ROOM NUMBER 47 UNLESS YOU CAN SLEEP THROUGH A FUNTION 1 SOUND SYSTEM

It was really disappointed, many lights were not working on the bedroom, on the toilet we got a electro-shot , they came to check and the guy just suggested don’t use it anymore :/.the bedsheets had holes on them, like really??? I noticed it last night tho, I went to the toilet on the swimming pool and the same issue, not really well conserve hotel, next to it are better ones for the same price. If there is a party on the bar across the street, u wont be able to sleep (not the hotel fault), When you take a shower the whole shower will get super wet. The staff were not nice, like not even a hello, bye, nice trip, every time u asked something felt more that you a bothering them. And the worst for me was every day at 9AM the cleaning women will come around to wake u up, she doesn’t stop insisting until you open the door and they her to come back at decent time, happened every DAY!!!
