Cozy Sorrento Apartment

The apartment was really big & spacious. Great Air conditioning. I contacted Graziano the host a couple of times and he got back to me very quickly. The pool was lovely. The location was perfect, so central.

The kitchen facilities could be improved, no oven/grill, toaster or chopping board.

Location was perfect! In walking distance to everything but at night it was quiet (perfect for sleeping). The beds were very comfy.  We loved the fact that there was a washing machine. The pool was beautiful…more like a resort pool. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Very spacious and excellent location for going around the town and getting to the port.

Cutlery and crockery perhaps lacking slightly and not 100% clean though we just washed things before use and it was fine.

Really friendly and helpful host who met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is lovely, really big and spacious and bright and it was perfect for our week’s holiday. Two bathrooms which is always really helpful with 4 adults trying to get ready at the same time! There was also a washing machine, a big fridge, freezer and two balconies. Wi-Fi and swimming caps for the pool were provided. Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows. The air conditioning was amazing, each bedroom and area had its own air-con control so meant we weren’t fighting over it, but it was great! You really couldn’t beat the location of this apartment - 5 minute walk to the train/bus station, 10-15 minute walk down to the beach and 15 minute walk to the marina to get the ferry to Capri, Positano, Amalfi etc. It is also only a couple of minutes walk away from the main strip of bars and restaurants.

The only very minor cons we had: 1. No sun-loungers by pool, only deckchairs which weren’t very comfortable so we preferred to take ourselves off to the beach instead & pay for a sun lounger, but we didn’t have much time to sunbathe anyway as there was so much we wanted to do and see! 2. The pool was only open between 10am-1pm and 4pm-7pm which was a bit annoying for the hottest part of the day but there was a shower to cool you down if need be 3. The apartment building was very quiet the whole week until the last night, lots of noise in the apartment above which kept us all up from about 3am, but that can’t really be helped!

great location - just back from via Corso. the host, Graziano was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious apartment and clean, bright and airy.

everything was great - but we did miss a toaster…

The apartment is located across the street from a grocery store. Another larger grocery was just a couple minutes walk away. Keypad entry and police station next door. More importantly, the gelato shop was just a three minute walk.

I loved this apartment. Would buy it if I could. It’s an old building so minor things here and there (lightbulb out in the bathroom, broken patio chair) but it’s charm ,location to services and safety were great?
