Cozy Sorrento Apartment

Location was perfect. Security was great. Nina was very helpful

Beautifully decorated apartment, huge, much bigger than expected, very clean, lovely furnishings. Nina was very friendly and helpful.

We assumed the pool would be in use as it was April and the week after Easter. Dates of opening of pool were not explicit when booking.

no oven, balcony in shade which at this time of year meant it was chilly but in the summer would be nice

We were met by the owner showed around the apartment and given recommendations for restaurants and transport links etc. He answered any query promptly before and during our stay. The location is good. Only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, the old town and also less than 10 minutes walk to the train and bus station. The view was beautiful - and as a spot to watch the New Year's fireworks, it was pretty amazing! I loved looking out at the big tree. Beds were comfortable and a nice size. Rooms are large. Decent sized balcony on the 4th floor - 2 lifts in apartment block Quiet (not on New Year's Eve though!)

Some plumbing issues, but they were dealt with promptly the morning after we reported them. No English TV channels, but it has Netflix. The pool is closed for the winter. The heating was difficult to control at times. Sofa was a bit annoying, as the cushions kept sliding off. North facing, so there was not much direct sunlight in the winter.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and nice. Also the landlord was kind and helpfull when we asked about something.
