El buffet estuvo muy bueno, la comida y las instalaciones, bueno a diferencia de VPX ASia no dan toallas para la psicina.

Disgusto con la recepción porque nos quisieron cobrar un precio mayor a lo reservado, incrongruencias de precios, mala atención, al final aceptaron precio de reserva, pero aludieron que nos equivocamos, y que nos quejemos con Booking.com, luego quisieron agregarnos otros servicios sin antes consultarnos, además que mencionaron que no podíamos salir de las instalaciones…

La cercanía de la habitación a la piscina

El salvavidas que estaba en la piscina ,el cual nos quiso disuadir de no usar bloqueador para mis pequeñas de 5 años por q ensuciaba la piscina,cuando es obligación del centro tener una piscina apta y nuestra obligación cuidar a nuestros pequeños del cáncer ,felizmente soy médico y auditora de calidad y no me creí sus mentiras pero cualquier otra cae. Por ende desprestigio totalmente su local al hablar tantas mentiras
