Nothing, very unfriendly and hard to reach staff in a remote location

Staff selling a double private room for a discount price but when you arrive they want to put you in a dorm to share with other people. When you do get the room you booked they will try to get extra money afterwards by claiming you didn't pay. This hotel is a scam, please go somewhere else to avoid trouble. I also saw another customer where they tried to add an extra digit in the amount he had to pay (i.e. 10x much).

Sofa bed was horrible, mattress was so thin I could feel the metal bars in my back whilst trying to sleep

They hotel has a very high standard compared to most other hotels in Karakol, big rooms with our own bathroom, fridge etc. Also a very nice restaurant and a relaxing neighborhood. I had foodpoisoning during the stay and the guy in the lobby, Toru, was the most kindest staff we ever met. He took taxi to buy medicines, he moved neighbouring smoking guests to other rooms, he brought us extra food and kitchenware to our room. And yet it seems like he never gets a chance to rest. A really impressive staff definitely and never asking for any extra money! Our world needs more people like him! My wife and me are so impressed.

Aircondition would have been nice during the hot hours.
