Receptionist was unprofessional. Inspite of asking a non smoking room, we were given a smoking room and the receptionist blamed the bell boy in front of us because he showed us a better room. They cater for groups not individuals. Value not worth for room without breakfast, food was expensive. They arranged a taxi (for a very high price)to the airport and the driver was late and reckless. Lift not working. Towels were dirty. Body wash not functioning. Staff need proper training.

Good location

It is old hotel, so the room is old and need renovate. I personally feel this is pricey for India and old room.

The breakfast was very good. The service was excellent.

Probably the best hotel at Kushinagar. Very large rooms with marble tiles floors and large bathrooms. Restaurant staff are wonderful and will help you choose the best dish of day, thank you Satish ! Beautiful flowers beds along and in front of the building

Nothing negative to report

The hotel is located between two main attractions in Kushinagar, but still within walking distance to everything. Hotel is in the upper price segment, therefore unique in Kushinagar. The hotel has everything. It is very cozy and quiet. The room is big and the furnishing is great. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I particularly praise the security at the door and the restaurant staff.

Everything was fine. Only the two gentlemen at the reception need trainings how to communicate to guests.

Everything, the ambience in the hotel, the extreme care for the needs of the guest, the attention to their requirements, to the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, lush surroundings. The breakfast was extremely delicious and the soothing calling general ambience.

Nothing was disliked during our stay.
