Great space and location?

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Spotless, spacious room with a super comfortable bed, excellent amenities, and thoughtful touches. Perfect location: close to attractions yet peaceful at night. We’ll definitely be back!

Spacious apartment in the centre of Oban. Clean and quiet with an easy check-in. Close to restaurants and the ocean. We would stay here again!

Everything was good.

Cooker top had not been cleaned lots of crumbs A photo available if required. Not aware of any fire escape which was disturbing. Understood there was parking until after confirmed booking then told no parking. Poor.

Great location. The apartment was roomy and clean.

When we arrived the apartment had a musty smell but once we opened the windows all good.

Location would have been ok but we didnt end up staying there.

Both my sister and myself are seniors. When we arrived at property and accessed the key from locked box we found ourselves confronted with a huge flight of stairs which were impossible to haul our suitcases up. Did not like the fact there was no one from management able to meet us. A kind gentlemen in office downstairs offered to haul bags up but would have been impossible for us to navigate down if no one there on exiting. I think accomodation should state in initial advertisement on booking. com whether there are stairs and or a working lift. As George st pointed out they let me know in email- 7 or so days before my stay, (so would not be even thinking of a part refund.) That was 2-3 months after initial booking and as I had no email access so was no good to me. I would recommend however the Scot Oban staff amazingly friendly and helpful.
