After checking in, I accidentally locked myself out without my phone. I managed to call the manager on another phone, and they quickly got me an access code at 9pm! Many thanks for this. Excellent friendly service.

Second time staying here... This someone turned off a few too many switches, as a result the ice melted and water dripped/poured on to the internal glass shelf.... and the wifi modem was turned off and was located above the kids room above their wardrobe. Tricky to find, but easy to resolve. I needed wifi for both TV and work, these small issues will NOT deter me from booking this unit again though =).... just giving feedback to the owner in case it was their cleaner that did this.

So convenient to the Lake. You would never guess that it's a dog friendly unit. There are no obvious signs of wear and tear or odors from animals. Upstairs the ensuite door was able to be shut so our animal could sleep alone on their bed as preferred.
