"Terrifing and horrible, i was bitten by bed bugs that were everywhere over my bed!"

It was HORRIBLE! I woke up SURROUNDED by BED BUGS! I was bitten everywhere all over my body, I had to throw away my travel bag and the clothes, to not go home with it and infest my house with this VERY VERY DANGEROUS INSECTS!!! Under the bed and in the furniture itself, the wood was full of insects. I was happy about finding a good price for the room, to have where to sleep while traveling for work but i never ever go there again!

We could not enter!! We tried both codes a hundred times and had to leave and book another hotel! Not happy at all! We need a refund.

"Bad experience. Not worth money"

There is nothing to like

It was in basement. No natural light. Floor, walls and roof everything is black. Very depressing. Booking was done for 3 adults. There was one double bed. I was expecting at least a sofa bed. There was not enough bedding for 3 adults.
