Lovely situation in quieter area just opposite Peasholm Park. Bedrooms well and newly decorated. Breakfast is just glorious, fresh fruit salad delightful - such attentive hosts.

Nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was over and above excellent , the bed was the most comfortable I've experienced in any hotel that I've stay in , and that includes 5*

The en suite could have been slightly bigger or reconfigured

Location is great nice and peaceful. A short walk and your in peasholme park. Parking is available to the rear of the property or on the road.

The owners were lovely, very knowledgeable of the local area and the breakfast was very tasty.

The en suites could have done with abit of a refresh.

"Would Heartily Recommend"

Unfortunately we had to leave early as I was taken ill during my stay but, up until then it was hard to fault The Outlook from the greeting with coffee and cake to the excellent breakfast. The bar had a wonderful selection of drinks The information about Scarborough was detailed and informative

My only complaint was that the toilet roll holder on the wall was a little loose.

"Enjoyed our stay very much ,and would not hesitate to recommend, fine location."

Breakfast was too our liking and very well cooked and presented,staff very attentive, excellent breakfast and service.

We felt that the room we had was a bit on the small side but was ok Problem with hot water for shower,seemed to change from Hot to cold in seconds.
