the hosts stuart and peter were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was excellent full filling and nicely cooked it set you up for the day the room was nice and clean comfy bed great shower, the location is perfect nice quite area close to peasholme park and a short walk to the sea front

We were so impressed with the warmth of the welcome and the attention to detail shown every day of our stay. Our hosts took time to get to know us and our interests and so every morning at breakfast were able to share with us some excellent recommendations and local knowledge which let us make the most of our stay. The room was really comfortable and well presented and the location was perfect, overlooking a beautiful park with a short walk down to the beach and plentiful parking. Breakfast was of the highest quality with our hosts rightly proud of their use of local produce. We’d love to visit again!
