It was in quite a good location, this is the only positive.

- it was absolutely diabolically filthy. The bedding and towels were dirty, built up mould on the surfaces of the bathroom, and there were cockroaches. Looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months and months - there were strange, seemingly homeless people lay and sat in the corridors which was really intimidating - when we decided to stay elsewhere (after paying in full), the staff got the manager on the phone who was very abusive, shouting and threatening us as he thought we hadn’t paid. The manager wanted us to pay again in cash and come back for a ‘refund’ tomorrow. The staff member followed us out into the street and was shouting along with the manager on the phone which was incredibly embarrassing and intimidating. Given the condition of the room, we had every right not to pay however we had paid.

Location was excellent Staff were polite and friendly.

Bedding needs to be changed. Location good. Very good staff
