The location of the hotel was very convenient and rooms were adequate and clean for the pricing

The staff were rude. We checked in late at night and it was for the bride to wake up in the morning to get her makeup done for the wedding. The staff didn't allow the makeup artist to visit without us paying an extra charge. After an extended dialogue, they allowed us to proceed.
