"My worst hotel experience"

Location

Everything other than location . I generally try not to give bad reviews. However my stay at UPAR hotels has been one of the worst experiences. The photos of the facade are very misleading. Inside is a shabby, mismanaged and rundown place. I am uploading a few photos to substantiate my review. On checking in we found that the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. I had to squash a cockroach. There was water seeping out of the flooring in the mornings. They say breakfast is included. But what they do is buy some breakfast from somewhere and deliver it to your room. With the quality and hygiene that is demonstrated, wonder where they get their breakfast from. This place is not worth it even for 1/3 the price. Stay away.

AC is not working properly, No hygiene, old unhygienic bed, old TV, Tv is not working properly, kettle is not working properly, for name sake it's deluxe,over priced 😞.
