1 One of the staff member at the reception was co operative ( male staff name I did not ask) 2.Hot & normal temp water 3.Provision of electric kettle for tea/hot drinking water(Though only 2 coffee sachets & 2 sugar sachets were provided which were insufficient for 4 people)

1, Two staff member at reception ( 1 lady & other one male ) were arroogant/non co operative (names I did not ask) 2,Did not give us the Invoice for the payment made 3,Phots on your site are totally different than actual 4,Your estimated price for the room we booked was not accepted by them . they demanded almost 30% more than that 5,No policy regarding extension of the stay

Bathroom was clean and neat

Breakfast which they use to bring from outside which was not satisfied.
