Lumo Residences Eldoret

The hanging line being at the roof top,and not being given hoese cleaning materials or having soke one clean the room despite having a long stay and I can't buy moppers either....

Spacious suite, comfortable bed, strong wifi, very friendly female security officer.

Suite was not properly stocked upon arrival (drinking water, serviettes, shower gel, etc…). Housekeeping was not automatically offered (had to call for every little thing and was made to feel like a burden). No air conditioning as advertised. But the worst part of this stay was the noise. Major construction happening right outside, with hammering starting around 8am each day. Could not relax. Had the property rightfully informed me about this beforehand, I would have cancelled this very important stay and stayed somewhere else. Hoping the management will provide some form of compensation. Otherwise I cannot recommend Lumo Residences.
