Great location

The rooms are in need of updating, the laminate flooring is lifting near door. The shower curtain was too short and wet the floor.

Bright, spacious apartment with fantastic seaview from the balcony. Straightforward access to the apartment with free and convenient parking available alongside. Great location in quiet neighborhood and for seeing the sights of Kassiopi. Internet connection worked well. The host, Johnny, was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries. We would certainly stay there again.

Toiletries were minimal (nothing).

I stayed at The Serenity House the year before and the staff were very present and incredibly helpful. This year I have been hugely disappointed. My room had a dirty bag of the guest before me left in the cupboard. And the bathroom and kitchen were never cleaned in the 9 days I was there. When I asked the cleaner, she said she had cleaned it. She hadn’t. I asked here if I could have some things to clean it myself and she said I would need to go to the supermarket. I already had to buy my own soap. The shower floods and there is nothing to mop the water up with. The person running the place said I should have complained to him sooner. No apology. And he believed the cleaner, who was very rude to me as I left. I absolutely do not recommend The Serenity House to anyone now. What a huge disappointment.

Serenity House is a fantastic small complex. Very peaceful. Having the air conditioning in each bedroom is a bonus rather than just in the kitchen like other apartments. The fly screens are a great advantage. The sunbeds are the most comfortable beds I’ve had in Kassiopi.

Nothing

The apartment was superb beautiful views over the quiet bay at the end of pool area again very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable and clean, Suzi came in to clean each day. Bring your own towels and bathroom supplies as only toilet paper is supplied as listed. Set on a tiny lane so quiet but also very close to shops, wonderful array of places to eat depending on your preference. Ice cream parlour is a must❣️Basic cooking facilities however I had mostly fruit and supper out. As a solo disabled traveler I felt very safe people were so friendly and helpful, thank you.

Only thing that was not my preference was not being able to flush toilet paper lidded bin provided changed each day, the ancient plumbing system on the island couldn’t cope with paper or wipes so understandable. Take small air freshener.

This is a great apartment block in great location.. right next to sea and quiet location. Was also really clean and had towels changed three times in our week there. Big shout out to Suzy !

Location, close to the beach. Patio and sunbeds very good and cleaned every day. Maid service every day, and nothing was too much trouble.

We have stayed at the Serenity many times over the years, when it was the Theofilos,despite a substantial increase in price there has been no renovation work carried out. Needs renovation. The hot water was dangerously hot in the apartment. The flooring was lifting and needs replacing.
