Serenity House Kassiopi

The location is fantastic, beds are very comfortable, air conditioning meant we were able to sleep at night. The customer service was also superb - the owners respond very promptly to all enquiries

It's position was perfect. On the quieter side of Kassiopi it had a view across a tranquil bay. The pool.was an.appreciated bonus.fiven the local beaches get very crowded. It was nice to have the pool.and the chairs / umbrellas as a.convenient back up. The property was also steps.away from the main shopping strip and restaurants..

Everyone says the same that the bathroom floors and needs an update. Yes I agree but if you hand hold the nozzle it's not as bad as an issue. The towel were old and could be replaced. They were harsh, hard and scratchy - a couple of extra floor towels would have been useful. We also had a storm and a little water came in to the apartment at the base of the door nnot a big issue.but another apartment I did hear panic over flooding. We were happily dry in apartment 6 on the ground floor.

The communication with the host Johnny was excellent with very quick replies to any questions. He also arranged taxi airport transfers that was a great help, especially as we found during our stay it wasn't that easy to book local taxis. The apartment met our needs and it was great that the cleaner Suzy came in each day to make the beds and clean that we didn't expect. The best thing was the outside space with the shared pool, sunbeds and umbrella overlooking the beach.

The bathroom could do with an update. The shower curtain didn't go all around the shower and flooded the floor, especially with 4 people using it each evening. I know a drain in the floor is more common in Greece but part of the water didn't drain away very well.

Incredible location and perfect views.

Could have done with a coffee machine / maker of some sort.

Even the 1970s vibes made it more enjoyable and made you feel that you were in real Corfu

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We felt very safe and welcome in this place!

The sound proofing between floors could be improved. If you have families with small kids in the floor above you there were some sounds noticeable. But this is only a small thing.

Fabulous location - probably the best in Kassiopi in terms of the view (sunsets were amazing)and proximity to the town and harbour. Apartment was basic but clean and Suzi was extremely friendly and helpful supplying fresh bedding and towels every few days..

There were not enough sun-loungers at the pool for all of the guests which was disappointing.
