good authentic food (however expected more variety food) we were given the room at level 11 as we requested. very good room with good lighting we didn't have dinner. we were given a packed light meal as we checked out the previous night.

Accord was chosen after carefully going through the reviews, and it really did justice by all the great reviews listed. From the welcome to the goodbye, Accord was simply a home away from home. Lovely smiles, ready to help and hospitable staff. Rooms were very clean, well maintained, comprises of all the amenities one requires for a comfortable stay. I stayed there for 4 nights, the hotel is located quite centrally, which makes it easy to get to the major shopping hubs, especially T nagar. The breakfast buffet was promising, most of the days that’s all I ate for the entire day, it was that filling and delicious. I found the hotel cost to be very reasonable as well. Great value for the money spent. Will definitely recommend and will be back there for my next shopping spree in Chennai. 9.5/10

The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Traveling with a child can sometimes be challenging, but the team made our stay feel effortless and welcoming. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a long stay. Housekeeping did a great job daily, ensuring everything was neat and comfortable. The overall ambiance of the hotel is calm and elegant, which made it easy for us to relax after long days. One of the highlights was the food. The breakfast spread had a good variety, and we especially appreciated the availability of both local and international options. The in-house dining experience was enjoyable, and the quality of food remained consistent throughout our stay. A special mention to the Juju team—they were absolutely awesome! Their friendliness and care really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable, especially for my son. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to key areas in Chennai, which made getting around simple and stress-free. What truly made this stay memorable was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. They went the extra mile to make my son feel comfortable, which meant a lot to me as a parent. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend The Accord Metropolitan Chennai for families, especially those traveling with children or planning a longer stay. We look forward to visiting again.
