Siamo stati accolti con professionalità, gentilezza e attenzione nei minimi dettagli: non c'è un dettaglio lasciato al caso. La posizione è ottimale, vicina al centro ma in una zona tranquillissima immersa nel verde. È possibile raggiungere a piedi il centro di Spoleto,a bisogna tenere conto che ci sono un po' di salite da fare per arrivare... Noi eravamo con un bimbo di tre anni e non abbiamo avuto problemi, ma ovviamente è un aspetto molto soggettivo.

"A perfect little place very close to a very special town."

Lovely lodge in the garden of the host. Very well equipped with all you want or need. Debra was kindness itself. The location close, but not in, the very special town of Spoleto was perfect... a bit of a climb up to the town centre but very worth the effort.

"Just What We Were Looking For"

Stand-alone studio apartment on edge of town. In the backyard of the host’s house, but felt private and quiet. Lots of outdoor space to sit, eat, take in the views. Well stocked with: coffee, tea, milk, fruit, yogurt, snacks, water, homemade jams. Host so nice and helpful—good communication through the Booking App or WhatsApp. Short walk into the old town and the Lidl/Tigre supermarkets. Highly recommended.

Dependance sul retro della casa con tutto il necessario, compresa cucina con microonde, bollitore, frigo e piano cottura a induzione (e stoviglie) a ns disposizione. Locale ristrutturato da poco, pulizia ottima e proprietari gentili e disponibili a darci anche qualche informazione per gli spostamenti. Con una camminata di una decina di minuti si raggiungono i parcheggi coperti che ti permettono di arrivare in centro con le scale mobili interne - quindi non abbiamo nemmeno spostato la macchina. Parcheggio interno al cortile. Consigliato!
