ININGood evening. We stayed for a night at the Urban Suites, Guwahati greon the way to Arunachal Pradesh. Mr.Azim was extremely courteous and helpful. He sent a young boy with us to show us a store to buy tea sachets and a place where we could get vegetarian food. The room and washroom is clean. The boys there were ready to help us with our luggage. Best wishes to the Urban Suite team.

ININExtremely dirty place with broken door knobs, toilets and no water early morning. While they helped us with Bisleri bottles instead, this is a basic requirement which was not fulfilled. I think the property really needs to focus on the quality of the service.
INCompact, but good use of the space! The furniture was comfortable! Electric Kettle for warm water. Overall good for one or two days!
The locks were not that well matched and location is between other buildings, so no view from my room.
