The batharoom was stinking very bad. Hotel is also located somewhere in narrow roads. Difficulty in car parking.

Prime location, staff was well behaved

I wish I could give this place negative stars. My recent stay at this so-called "hotel" was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Firstly, let's talk about the staff. I've never encountered such a rude, lazy, and downright unpleasant group of people in my life. They acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. Any request was met with eye rolls, sighs, and overall attitude like they had something better to do, which clearly they didn’t, considering how they spent most of the time lounging around doing nothing. The room? Dusty, dirty, and disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I found dust bunnies under the bed the size of small animals, and the surfaces were coated in a thick layer of dust that made me question whether anyone had even stayed there before. I felt like I was sleeping in a storage closet, not a hotel room. But the worst part? The air conditioner. It didn’t work at all, and given how sweltering it was, this was a major issue. When I complained, the staff couldn’t have cared less. They promised to "send someone up to look at it," but, surprise, surprise, no one ever came. I spent the night sweating and miserable, unable to sleep in the stifling heat. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lack of basic amenities, coupled with the appalling attitude of the staff, made for a stay that was more like a punishment than a vacation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. You’ll thank me.
