"下次去会专门多住几天。"

这次日本之行住的5个酒店中这是最好的一间。食物，酒店设施和房间舒适度都超出预期。 1. 晚餐和早餐都在一个独立且私密的空间内，菜单是主厨精心搭配的，菜品精致，两餐味道都很棒，刚好又是平安夜晚餐，非常完美的体验 2. 可能因为房间自带私汤，顶楼的公共浴池三次去都可以独享。跑完还有免费的按摩椅放松。坐在休闲椅上面对全景大玻璃墙无论白天还是夜晚都很好看。机场在旁边的缘故，飞机起降也刚好从头顶飞过。免费的冰淇淋很好吃 3. 这是我第一次碰到房间冰箱里所以饮品都免费的酒店。无论是茶还是啤酒 4. 床和futon都舒服。房间有卧室+起居室，还有私汤，空间又大又舒适 5. 我碰到的几个酒店服务人员虽然英文不算太好，但是服务态度是这两年住过的几间酒店中最好的。等候checkin的时候还送上茶和茶点，并且跪在面前讲解，搞得我都不好意思了 6. 酒店内的环境和设施都设计得很棒，在每个我碰到的环节都让人感觉舒适 这是两次日本旅行最喜欢的两家酒店之一，非常期待下次再来多住几天

"A very relaxing stay with excellent food and thoughtful service."

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay with our baby. The food was excellent throughout our stay (better than normal good ryokan standard), with an emphasis on local ingredients. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The location, while peaceful, is some way from the main sights of Hakodate.

"Highly recommended overall"

Food was amazing, private onsen was great. The dinner option is highly recommended. Staff also polite and friendly. Fridge comes with complimentary drinks, such as beer, tea and water.

There was a bad smell (like sewage) in our room that we could not get rid of.

"A very impressive stay."

The room we rent is 120 sq.m. in a duplex setting. The Club Lounge on the 13th floor is a favorite among us. The soft-served ice cream is excellent, and the drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, are also great. Breakfast was extraordinary and served in a private room. The menus change daily. Our private en suite onsen is very convenient with top-notch amenities while the public one on the 13th floor offers a unique and unforgettable experience of indoor and outdoor onsen with roof-top and unobstructed view of the full moon.

This well-maintained old building has a newly renovated interior. However, I encountered a minor housekeeping glitch when I found my used dental floss dropped from the garbage bag at the entrance of the room. Given such a big room the air conditioner was not evenly distributed, making the room quite warm during the night which is probably only a problem during this time of the year.
