Wonbin Safari Jaisalmer

The staff at Wonbin went above and beyond my expectations, they consistently inquired if I required any assistance and they were eager to help carry my bags upstairs. Wonbin offers the best value for its prime location, guests can enjoy a view of the fort from either their windows or while dining at The Art Bliss Cafe. The place if clean and modern interior with the Jaisalmer look and feel.

The staff was so so nice and helpfull, we arrived early in the morning and were able to check in straight away. We decided to do the tour the same day instead of the next day and they arranged everything so quick and nothing was a problem. The tour we did was really nice as well, amazing hosts & good food. The flexibility of this stay gives you a very warm and welcome feeling :)

No hot water, but understandable in the desert

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional :) The safari was very nice and beautiful in the desert of thar ! Hiralal is a very good manager! 100% reccomend

Beware of falling into their deceptive schemes,they are capable of defrauding anyone. Avoid paying in advance for a desert safari.Their tactic is to exploit the naivety of foreigners who are unfamiliar with local pricing norms.During my recent visit, they initially quoted a price of 10k for the desert safari but eventually charged us Rs 7500, insisting on advance payment. We were provided with unsatisfactory accommodations at a camp called Marian Safari Camp, where the bedding was old unclean torn rates and mosquitoes inside and the food was unhygienic, resulting in illness the next morning. The quality of the tents did not match the exorbitant price charged,they were hardly worth Rs 500. I strongly advise against booking desert camel safaris from the individuals at Wonbin Safari Hostel, as they are dishonest operators. Opt instead for reputable accommodations like Fotiya Hotel,where we stayed the following day. Upon inquiry, we discovered that desert safaris are available for as little as Rs 4000 per person during the offseason, with the option of high-class Swiss tent accommodations in the desert. Keep in mind that the seasonal rate for a desert safari is Rs 5000 for two people, while offseason rates are Rs 4000 for the same number of guests. I reiterate, do not book a desert safari with them; conduct thorough market research to ensure you get the best value for your money.

Cafe closed. No chilled water at property. AC was not working properly.
