The pictures and reality was totally different. The lights were blinking and not functioning properly. One of the fan was only functioning on full speed and another was too low. Ac was not working. water heater wasn't working. The restaurant was not working. Washroom was pathetic. It was the worse stay and unhygienic.

I had a delightful stay at Wonbin Hostel for two nights in their dormitory. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and their hospitality was top-notch. The terrace offers a stunning view of the Jaisalmer fort, adding to the charm of the stay. They excel in making adhoc arrangements, and I'm especially grateful for arranging a drop to the Jaisalmer station at midnight. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to fellow travelers

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wonbin Safari Hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel staff (Aladin & Hiralal) were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of travel. One aspect that stood out to me was the hotel's commitment to sustainability. I appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives such as recycling bins in the room and the use of energy-efficient lighting throughout the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Wonbin Safari Hotel and would recommend it to others. With a few small improvements, it could be an even more exceptional experience. I look forward to visiting again in the future."

I had a great stay, specifically the safari. If you come to Jaisalmer you have to do the safari since there won’t be much other things to do except the fort. The safari they offered were exceptional and just as expected

(As on 26/02/2024. With all the screenshots attached on google map review) Please book a good hotel in Jaisalmer or this will happen to you at almost all cheap hotels of Jaisalmer. Please read if you are a couple or a family and planning to stay at this property. You will get a phone call to pay in advance once you book the property. And then they will send you a sugar-coated email saying 'free pick up & drop'. I sent them details for one hour early check-in (which they agreed) and free pick up a night ago and they confirmed it. But once we landed there, he told us that they don't have any vehicle to pick us up and I should pay Rs. 50 to ricksaw. I did it. Once I landed there, they started showing their true colours. I was given a non-AC room where the sink and toilets were leaking. When I asked them about a room change, they gave me a room (No. 304) in the corner of the basement where again the same problems existed. But we were tired of changing the room again so we didn't complain. Now comes the facilities part. They showed toiletries and towels in the amenities list on booking.com. But they didn't even give us drinking water let alone the amenities! The basement rooms are not fit for living as all the staff members sleep there and they make lots of noises till late mid-night. The hot water and most of the electric plugs were not working. We were given a hot-water rod to warm the water! The electricity was cut from 7 p.m. to 11:30 a.m. and their inverter stopped at midnight only. Now comes the main part of their scam and thuggery. The desert safari. They WILL NOT TELL YOU PRICE FOR THE SAFARI ON THE PHONE. The average price of a high-end safari in the desert with a night stay (with camel safari) is max. around 2500-3000 rs per night+1200 per jeep safari+1000rs for private pick-up (100 rs/person in a shared shuttle) and drop from the city (we came to know about this later). That means 5000 even if you take the upper limit.

Staff was super helpful, they arranged our desert safari which was the highlight of my stay in Jaisalmer.

We booked the room with balcony, for the price, it was good, although it could have been cleaner. The view of the fort from the window was beautiful though.

Terrible to non existent hot water, this is what partially ruined the stay for us, if you want hot water, do not stay here

*Cleanliness & Maintenance* was superb, just trust the site reviews or pictures uploaded…its the same in reality as well!! *Most Comfortable* *Ideal Location* all the city attractions are near. *Responsive Management* there was nothing that they ignored or neglected,they just won our heart with all the love they showered. *Outstanding Customer Service* they did what they committed.
