RIVERSIDE LODGE RETREAT

Location, location. location! Fantastic spot by the river with loads of wildlife. easy to walk into town but lovely & quiet

quite cramped especially in the bathroom. No on site recycling facilities

Great service and lovely location. Lodge was comfortable and had all we needed for our time there. Being able to fish by the lodge was an added bonus. John and his wife were lovely and went the extra mile for us. Thank you.

Very clean and cosy place right at the river bank, which adds to its charm as you can listen to birds chirping and enjoy ducks visiting ;) very close to town center, which is really helpful and accomodating especially when you travelling with small baby like we did. John is a very helpful host and will go beyond and above to make sure your stay is perfect. Communication with the host is quick, and the response is almost immediate. It is an 8-minute drive to Loch Eilein and a bit more to Loch Morlich, which both are fab for picknic walks or biking. Would highly recommend it, and we definitelly be back.

That I dont have more days off in the near future to stay longer ;)

The location is perfect. Out of the way but minutes from aviemore. The kids loved feeding the ducks. Clean.

Great location, good wide comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice veranda for sitting on. Free fishing on site.

Livingroom/dining area was a little lacking in suitable seating for a larger group.

Great location and exceptional hosts! Very friendly and check in daily to see how your stay is. They went above and beyond for us!
