Liked everything about the lodge the location, the size, well equipped and loved it had Xmas lights and tree that was a nice surprise

Great location, right by the river, kids were feeding ducks and pheasants every morning from the porch, deer were across the river feeding every day too. Very comfortable beds to sleep on. The site was very quiet when we stayed so felt like we had the whole place to ourselves!! Cooking and cleaning utensils already there so need to bring our own. The owner was very approachable and easy to contact, even when they're on holiday, so it was a pleasure and an easy stay. Highly recommended!!

Couple of snagging issues but nothing to cry about, bathroom, as expected, was very small so be careful you don't burn your bum on the towel heater!! Bathroom door lock isn't great and the carpet strip has screws that unfortunately stick out and caught a few feet. Again, nothing to cry about, great price compared to most and you're really only there to sleep so it was all good.

Amazing location

Location is an absolute winner. Hard to beat sitting on the balcony right next to the river with ducks wandering up to say hello. Also a short walk from Aviemore centre. This what I booked the property for and it delivered! Living and kitchen areas really good standard - had everything we needed and very cosy and comfy.

Shower cubicle is a bit odd - really good shower just in a slightly dated semi-bath thing. Space in the two smaller bedrooms is Very tight. No probs for my stay since there was just 3 of us. No Wi-Fi.

The location next to the river was lovely, feeding the ducks and seeing paddleboarders going up the river. Views of the cairngorm too.
