Very dirty room, we found cockroaches in the bed, room and bathroom. No water pressure to have a shower and there was begging children walking around

They never picked me up so paid and waited and had to dro Ive acab around to find accomaditions

Not clean. There are insects inside the room. Aircon is not cold.

The Hotel is very much accessible and very closed to many. The staff were so nice, approachable and friendly which is very commendable.

The only things I was not pleased 1. It's not clean - I used much of alcohol spray to kill bugs and cockroaches and on my 2nd day I saw nothing. And there's this House Shrew (the pointed nose rat and too smelly.. I would be fine if it's mouse.) it showed up after my first day when I left the whole day on my medic duty and saw my stuff were on the floor particularly my garbage... 2. The water - it flows too little for you to shower. Toothbrushing and face washing is fine. However, the place is too accessible to anywhere you wanted to go. It has fast-food beside the entrance (McDo) 3. Internet /Wi-Fi - it's too unstable - on and off. Especially to someone like me badly needed an internet connection for my medical research... And TM network is bad here. They should have WI-FI ROUTER for it would become faster. I hope they would improve it. They can buy anti- bug powder in shoppee which is superb effective and it's less than 5 pesos only per small pack. No smell and very good. 4.No free water for drinking - at least a single bottle for the first day as complimentary.

I dont like the property. No hot and cold shower the door of the toilet is broken. No table no chairs and no elevator. This is one of the worst room ive experience
