Quinns Dormitel-Triumph

The property was ok, you pay for what you get, not a 5 starts hotel but very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The internet didn’t work in the room so they have to improve that, apart from that very happy.

Great value for money. The room was quiet and comfortable with an aircon.

The place was so accessible and close to many establishments being located in the University Belt. Since I needed a place to stay at during my 3-day exam at the PRC main, Quinns Dormitelle was a good choice since it was just a 5min (or less) walk to the office. The staff was also so kind to lend me a chair when I requested for one since the unit we stayed at didn’t have one. For the amount of money we paid, the room was already good. AC was functioning well (this is actually the best part of the accommodation), lighting was good enough, water pressure was also acceptable although it could be improved, and there were also free toiletries and towel included (except it was only for 1pax when i signed up for 2 people). They also have a laundry service for a good price.

We were first assigned to a room with a broken shower, no water available in the CR, and poor lighting inside (only one light bulb was working so it was a bit dark) so when we raised our concerns, we were then transferred to a different unit. It was a better one except the light inside the CR was broken. We were given a heads up about it, and we just said that it was okay since we could use our phone flashlights anyway. Hopefully it would be fixed soon. Additionally, some points that might be concerns about the place are: - Weak signal. Little to no service inside the unit. Even the dormitel’s wifi can’t reach our unit at the 2nd floor. - Very thin walls, you could hear someone outside walking your unit as if they’re just beside you it could be a bit surprising sometimes. - No windows. You need to go down and outside just to check what’s happening or just to take a breath of fresh air. - Clogged toilet. I’m unsure if it was really clogged since there were times that it could be flushed (although it takes a while) and there were times that it won’t. - No chair & table inside the unit. It’s not indicated and it’s not really required but It would just also be better if there was even a small table or chair inside the units since that could be helpful for the purpose of working, studying, eating, etc. hehe

Nice big bed, staff tried to accomodate me as much as possible. AC in my room worked wonderfully. Toilet wasn't working but they fixed it directly. Open 24/7 for check-in.

Overbooked when I arrived. Shower did not work so I could not conveniently shower. Found a cockroach in the room but I guess its not uncommon in Philippines. No blanket for the bed so I slept in my towel they provided, which was kinda scuffed. Wifi was intermittent. Surrounding area is not very interesting for a tourist. I would recommend Makati area instead.

No elivator only stair but it's OK It can be manage just don't bring heavy or the staff will help you naman
