"Excellent value for money."

The location was up quite a steep hill, however the views were well worth it. Most mornings we sat having our breakfast in the window with incredible views of the estuary and harbour. Shops, pubs, restaurants, bus stop and train station, all within a few minutes walk. Our hosts, Tommy, Tony and Lesley, made us extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast menu gave you plenty of choice, quality ingredients and it was extremely tasty! The room itself was very clean, with plenty of storeage, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed. All in all exceptional value for money, we will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was exceptional! Loved the white sausage and home-made baked beans. And portions were just right. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful I managed to get parking at the back for which I was very grateful Fridge very useful

TV rather small and no freeview channels No shower gel in shower. Also shower not very powerful. But lots of lovely hot water
