Good range of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Very quiet. Lovely courtyard garden with furniture. Comfy beds and pillows. Characterful property

Not clean in some areas. Very many cobwebs not removed for months. Very grubby and dusty under beds and sofas and around bed posts. No contact with hosts during stay. No welcome note or instructions for oven or microwave. Freezer not on and first drawer 1/3 full of water. Did find switch to turn it on but by luck. Light bulbs go on and off intermittently and on different strips all evening. Lock on bathroom door not working. Bathroom sink painfully slow to drain. Small things which could all be easily put right and would then make it an exceptional stay rather than good.
