nice looking property big room

was supposed to be in room 2 on ground floor but shower door broke so was put in room 4 which to be honest had a better view, room was big but only one radiator so room was cold, turned radiator up to full and heated towel rail in bathroom woke up around 6 to a freezing cold room and bathroom as heating was off during the night both radiators were cold must have been on a timer but not good for guests when it was snowing and freezing outside so cold that the front drive was covered in ice and snow so had to park on road so they knew the weather was bad should have had the heating on during the night and only got a continental breakfast in a cold room

A beautiful place, DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE if you are in Tain!!! Wonderful hosts, excellently appointed rooms, an oasis of rest, comfort and grace.

Self check in was convenient and easy. Room was lovely with original fireplace and big windows. It was cosy and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. Kim was very helpful and friendly even offering us a flask of coffee for our journey. Would recommend.

A charming bed and breakfast that is a great place to stop while touring around Scotland. The rooms were very cozy and the beds comfortable. The location is very quiet, with sufficient parking directly outside the property. Would definitely recommend.

You could faintly hear the footsteps of the room upstairs, but I guess that's usual in a building of this age (and charm).

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, das Zimmer und Bad war super und das Frühstück ausreichend. Das beste war der Kaffee. Wir hatten mit Meerblick, was es noch getoppt.

Everything was excellent, including breakfast which was beautifully cooked. It's one of the best BnB experiences I have, and I am a regular BnB user for work and pleasure.
