"Fantastic location but needs improve its rooms and menu."

Fantastic location, grounds and swimming pool.

No fridge, no tea/coffee maker, no curtains. I would have had these facilities in a hotel at half the price. We had to ask for water and tea/coffee which the friendly staff did. None of the residents ate or drunk there as the menu was unappealing and went to some lovely beach bars. There is a management change and we saw improvements during our stay, so in spite of my comments I would consider booking there again.

"Oasis of peace!"

It was an unforgettable experience staying at this hotel. The view was stunning, good and fresh breakfast. It’s 100% the most beautiful and peaceful place in Tangalle!

The room has no window.

The beach is perfect

Dirty room, mold, no shampoo, no door on the bathroom and noise from the toilet and the AC, dirty swimming pool, expensive food and drinks.In general for this money they should offer much more

"Dirty and damp - not recommended"

Good location and friendly staff that tried their best

Very disappointing experience; holes in the mosquito nets, dirty sheets and very damp rooms. I couldn't let my family stay there so went to a neighboring hotel just after we arrived and was lucky to get a very nice room close-by, on the beach. Esperanza is a low quality hotel which is not up to even minimum standards.

"Good"

Very good location with its own beach, lawn with palm trees and swimming pool as in the pictures. Very good food in the restaurant both breakfast and dinner.

Deluxe rooms were worse equipped than described. There was visible dirt on the walls, doors, fans and the colors of the equipment deepened this impression.

It is so quiet and peaceful. The price is very reasonable as well. We are in the beach front and the view is just amazing. Food is superb. We ate and availed of their food service and the food is just great. Hotel service is excellent. 100/10.
